How long does it take to set-up in the app?

Our app is designed to make things easy from set-up to delivery of your first vehicle. We do perform some due diligence on the any new Truckshot Hauling Partner applications that we get to make sure that our dealerships will be served as expected.

In order to set-up as a dealership we suggest designating a master user and then quoting and transactional users. This way, in the event of turnover login’s and permissions can be adjusted accordingly. A credit card will be required upon signup from the dealership.
Can transport haulers and dealerships communicate through the app?

Yes, there is a chat function that will push to the other users app and also send an email based on the initial set-ups given for the hauling partner and dealership users. This is handy for general updates, communicating delays, changes in delivery destinations, etc
How long does it take to get paid and who will the payment come from?

TruckShot will be collecting funds from the dealership for any of the hauls that are arranged through the app. They will then turn around and issue a cheque to the transport company within 45 days of the completion of the transport job
Do I need a VIN # to request a quote through the App?

No, you can get an accurate quote with the Year/Make/Model, please be sure to note any vehicles that heavily modified, are extra high, or have any other unique properties that the carrier would need to know about. You will need a VIN number to secure a quote and initiate the transportation.
Do I have the ability to provide feedback on the carrier after the transportation is complete?

Yes, our app allows you to rate the carrier, please keep in mind that road conditions can vary and vehicles may not always arrive clean! Please keep your rating centered around accuracy of delivery timeline, how courteous the driver was, how well the transport company communicated with you, etc
